The right of withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30th May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).
The consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal deadline expires after 14 days from the date you came into possession of the product or from the date a third party other than the carrier, whom you have indicated, came into possession of the products.
Withdrawal from the contract shall be made in writing, by providing relevant communication to LAKMA SAT Sp. z o.o., 173 Frysztacka Street, postal code 43-400 Cieszyn, Fax no.: 33-8526603. The communication shall be sent by e-mail: sklep@fguardi.com.pl or by mail.
The communication can be made by filling a form, in accordance with the model below.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The effects of withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event you will not incur any additional fees.
Please send back or hand over the product without undue delay, in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be met if you return the product within 14 days.
You will have to bear direct costs of returning the product.
You shall be responsible for reducing the value of the product, as a result of its exploitation which exceeds the extent necessary for stating the nature, features and functioning of the product.
